Health Screening: You should receive 3 separate emails from USASA to the email address you use on your USASA membership. You must complete the health screening before 11am Friday. If you can’t find the email, just log in to your USASA membership and complete the health screening before 11 am Friday! If it’s not done, we can’t let you compete.

Don’t forget your permanent season bib that you got last weekend – If this is your first event of the season, bib pickup will be at 10:45 at Hilltop—you will have the same bib for the entire season!

11-12 Open Practice while officials are course setting (not mandatory). We’ll have several gates to train on that are not the actual race course – get your turning on!

12:00 – 12:30 Inspection Heat 1&2 (Be up top at the start of the course at 12pm!)
12:30 Runs 1-4 Heat 1& 2 (GS 1=2 runs combined time, GS 2=2 runs combined time)

Although we are breaking up our riders into 2 heats, we anticipate running the racers like last weekend – keeping our athletes broken in to 2 heats helps with maintaining social distancing while still putting on a timely event. If you want to practice plan on 11am to ~3pm – if no practice 11:45am to ~3pm.

Results will be posted on TeamApp at the conclusion when everybody’s 4 runs are done. Be patient, it takes time to input the results into the USASA software and double check to make sure we get them right. Covid cases in MOA are too high for in person Awards ceremony but medals will be available for pick up at Blue & Gold Boardshop the following day.
